KRMF partner David Rudovsky has authored an article in the University of Pennsylvania Law Review addressing the constitutionality of the police stop-and-frisk practices at issue in the cases of Floyd v. City of New York and Bailey v. City of Philadelphia.  The article, part of the Law Review’s debate series, involves a spirited back-and-forth between Mr. Rudovsky and Professor Lawrence Rosenthal on the constitutionality and the policy merits of such practices.  View the article here.
